Manual Gratuity

Manually add tips to invoices by clicking + in Gratuity section on any invoice. This allows you to track cash tips and to give clients the option to tip on $0 invoices (for pre-paid vouchers or credit redemptions). If a gratuity is manually added to the invoice, the system will not ask for an additional tip through text-to-pay or card reader.

Good Faith Exams via Qualiphy

Easily initiate GFEs through Qualify from the Podium platform. Results sync back to Podium within ~1 minute and are saved to the client’s profile.

Location Details on Appointments

For multi-location practices – appointment details now show the location where the appointment was booked.
