Whats New in Podium Vol 29

Save Multiple Cards on File

Clients can now store more than one card on file, with a designated primary card. Give cards nicknames for easy reference at checkout. Cards designated as primary will be charged for membership payments by default.

Where to find it in Podium: Client profile → Wallet → Saved payment method → Manage → Add card manually or send a secure link via SMS.

Take Card Reader Payments on iPad/Mobile

Check out clients directly from the Podium app on an iPad or phone with any card reader.

Where to find it in Podium App: Invoice → Pay with card → Select card reader

Manage Schedules from Mobile/iPad App

View weekly or daily provider schedules, edit shifts, and add staff to the schedule without leaving the app.

Edit Quick Phrases on iPad/Mobile

Quick phrases are now editable in the Podium app. 

*Use quick phrases to insert commonly used text snippets into charts and notes by typing a dot shortcut. Example: .npconsult for new patient consult text.

Hourly Reporting Update

Your reporting now updates every hour instead of three times a day. Check the "last updated" timestamp at the top to see the latest pull.
