Easily designate inventory used as either billable or back bar items on an appointment and in a chart. Inventory is automatically deducted at checkout, ensuring accurate tracking without added steps.

Invoices & Checkout

Carry-Forward to Checkout

Billable inventory added to an appointment or during charting automatically carries over to the invoice, eliminating the need to enter unit counts twice.

Export Invoices

Get detailed exports of all your invoice data for accounting and reconciliation needs.

Three options are available:

1. Invoices by line item breakdown

2. Invoices by payment breakdown (shows all payments on an invoice)

3. Invoice summary
