The entire team has been extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. If there is something we want within Podium that isn't yet available, they follow up with the programmers and engineers to see if and when it will be implemented. I have been very impressed with the almost daily updates to features that Podium is rolling out and is willing to provide. We made the right decision to go from three separate platforms to just one with Podium.
